Costco

Costco locations have toll tags available to pick up and use immediately. If you get a toll tag at a retail store, you must register the tag and set up an account by calling the Customer Service Center at 877-BAY-TOLL (877-229-8655) or by creating a FasTrak account online. If you do not register the tag and set up an account within seven days, the toll tag will deactivate.

FasTrak Walk-In Center

You can get a toll tag at the FasTrak Walk-In Center at 375 Beale Street in San Francisco. The center is open Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please check in with the security guard when you arrive.

A representative can help you set up your account so that your toll tag can be used immediately. Customers can also return toll tags, discuss disputes and get additional account assistance at the Walk-In Center.

Create Your Web Account

If you ordered or registered a FasTrak toll tag at Costco or at the FasTrak Walk-In Center and you want to manage your account online, you will need to create a FasTrak username and password.

Payment Methods

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), cash, personal check, money order or cashier's check are accepted when paying at the FasTrak Walk-In Center. Costco accepts cash, Visa credit cards and personal checks from Costco members.
